Our experience with Pat was extraordinary! We had the task of liquidating our Father's estate and selling his home after his transfer to a care facility. And since all of the children were not from Santa Rosa made the task even more difficult. Pat represented us on two real estate transactions this year. Through his sources/connections, he was able to find us an "off-market" property in an area that is very difficult to find available property (very little turnover). His honesty, expertise, and accessibility were top-notch.
